Each office has a Site Manager to manage sales and recruitment, who has staff responsibility for our consultants. In order to improve the company spirit and communication there are consultant coaches. They help with daily issues, introduction of new employees, creation of training plans and to facilitate communication between the Site Manager, consultants and customers.
